Before our shoot

1. CLOTHING

Clothing is really important for great photos! Try to wear solid color or simple pattern clothing. Avoid really bright colors like neons. Choose clothes that don’t wrinkle easily. A flowy dress/dress shirt and pants are always a good option. Let me know if you want me to give specific suggestions or colors. For longer shoots for changing locations, I suggest bringing a comfortable pair of shoes. The less things you bring to the shoot the better.

2. YOUR FINAL IMAGES

Your photos will be edited in 7-9 days after the shoot (I do not deliver galleries on the weekend or holidays). I usually edit more images than included in your chosen package and then you can select your favorites for you to keep or purchase more photos/ the entire gallery.

3. IDEAS AND POSING

Have specific poses, shots, ideas or locations in mind? Feel free to share them before the session so I can make sure you love your results. No worries if not, I’ll help with posing and guide you to the best spots. Keep in mind, we are shooting in a public setting, so certain spots may not be available because of weather, construction etc.

4. ARRIVAL

I recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to settle in and get comfortable before we begin. Taxi and uber estimates are often wrong or they can cancel rides. If you’re late, we will need to finish at the originally scheduled end time so it will reduce the time we have to shoot. The photo shoot price will remain as originally agreed upon.

5. EDITING

You’ll receive high-resolution edited JPG images via a password-protected online gallery. Photos will be edited in my signature style, which includes light and color corrections. Only minor touch-ups (e.g. removal of blemishes, wires, trashcans) are included. No other face, body, clothing modifications are included. I remove distracting people from the background, but keep in mind it’s not always possible, especially during peak hours.

6. WANT A VIDEO?

If you’d like to have a video from our shoot, let me know. I’ll bring a separate camera special for videos and I’ll take small snippets during our shoot. I’ll edit a 30–45 second video and add it to your gallery. The price for a video is €50.

7. PAYMENT

Payment is due after the shoot. Bank transfers are allowed from EU banks. You can also pay on the day of the shoot in cash or card.

8. AFTER THE SHOOT

The gallery will be available for downloads for 1 month after image delivery. I’ll keep your edited images for up to 6 months after the shoot and you can request a reupload of them for a fee. I keep your unedited images for 3 days after the shoot in case you decide you'd like to have them
